The mature looking lady who worked this Saturday was very unhelpful and unhappy. We had to go to Cranbourne North post office to get the service

Always had good customer service at this location.. nice retail shop too.

Incredibly poor customer service.You want to face racisim this is a place. I’ve been there a couple of times, the girls working there look at the customer’s face first they serve and based on that decide how to talk to them.

Just being to the Berwick post office to apply for our passports on the day of 28th of April 2023 around 9.30 am. The Lady at the right Conner counter wearing a red jacket she was so angry, rude and racist.She should’t work in customer service.Very disappointedMy 20 years old with me and told me”mum she is having bad day , Let her to deal with it and go somewhere else” ,we turned back and didn't want to go there again... Because She ruined our whole day.

I was served by Anna today and she was the rudest customer service representative I’ve come across ever. Was there to renew my sons passport. I only had a digital copy of his birth certificate on me, when I asked her if that would do, she said ‘no, we can’t do that, what do you expect it’s for a passport’. Is that how someone talks to a customer? when I left the counter I heard her mocking me to her colleague’. When I returned with the original copy and told her off for earlier she walked away saying she wasn’t going to serve me. Again bad customer service!

The worst. I never get my mail and they always claim they don't have my parcels even though I have 5 notifications saying they do. Multiple items lost and undelivered

Clean and well presented but the customer service is no existent.I was returning a large item with a prepaid return label but didn't have the original bag. Picked one that looked plain and would fit it and was told it was the wrong one. This happened 3 times while I'm trying to say I don't know which she is trying to tell me to get and can she help me. I get an eyeroll and told to look under the packaging sign, where I had got all of the apparently unsuitable bags. One of the ones i get and she says is suitable wouldnt fit the item hence me grabbing the original sattchel. The line was growing, I'm starting to get stressed and just want her to come show me which I need rather than pointing to a wall full of bags and the server is getting visibly annoyed at me trying to get her to actually help.

Excellent Customer service by Mr.Greg at the Parcel Pick Up and the other staff at Aus Post Berwick. .I hope it remains the same.Thank You

Came to get a parcel. Apparently I had 2. Girl only gave me one, even though I showed the collection details of the OTHER parcel with important items.Now I have to go back, and they are closed, and I can't get back to the post until next Monday because I work 8-6!!! Thanks a lot!!!!
