I went to this saloon today to donate hair for the ponytail donation for the cancer council. All the staff members were kind and fun. They provided and excellent service and and did my hair according to my needs. Hair donation is a special moment and they were kind to take pictures for me.In each and every stage, they explained the process and the hair products they used. The best saloon ever in terms of prices and service. I highly recommend this saloon

My partner was treated absolutely disgustingly by this woman, she refused to do her hair gave her very little alternatives then told her she didn't like her attitude and she would not cut her hair. When I called and confronted her she lied to me about what took place and spike to me rudely. Terrible person and very unprofessional. Takes your money through group on and then refuses to provide the service.

It’s worst experience of my life she need to learn highlights they charge me 120$ and the result is awful the old ladies are rude disrespectful and don’t have any experience to work I’m coming crying out they ruined my hair and don’t admit their mistake they have to close that shop as it’s not saloon they just making money by damaging ppl hair.“DON NOT GO THERE U REGRET IF YOU WERE “

Absolutely worst service I've had in my entire life!Woman gave me an option, and when I chose the cheaper option she litteraly kicked me out and said I was being abusive! That she didn't want to touch my hair!She was 30 mins late, after refusing a later appointmentAnd she litteraly won't give me a refund!Shes stolen my money, kicked me out and refuses to make it better!!Do not waste your time or money with this woman unless you want to pay for extra product that should be in the deals already!FALSE ADVERTISING

Waited an extra half hour to be seenWoman refused to colour my hair!Gave me option for extra colour, told her I didn't want it and she told me she doesn't want my business.Happy to pay extra fees but she wasn't interestedDrove an hour to come down, put baby in child careAnd tells me she doesn't like my attitude and kicked me out!Refused to refund meDon't waist your time

I love this place!!! The salon was clean and tidy and smelt nice. They played music which I liked and got a lovely cup of tea with some biscuits on arrival. I got a wash,hair treatment,10min head rub and a style cut with a blow dry and some curls done. All took an hour. She was a perfection,more like a magician. She listened to what I wanted and done that and more. Far exceeded my expectations. They were all lovely and displayed exceptional,professional customer service. They all seemed very knowledgeable about hair and i could tell they knew exactly what they were doing. They took a before and after photo and my hair went through a massive transformation,leaving with a massive smile on my face and healthier,rejuvenated looking hair,as to when I went in it was extremely dry and dull. Best hair cut I have ever had and I will most definitely be coming back,can't imagine going anywhere else. Thanks ladies.

literally the most rudest service i have ever experienced. My mum went for a service to get her hair coloured (she had paid online for her service) and she was so rude and made such rude comments saying her hair is so damaged and refused to do her hair in such a rude manner. She then proceeded to tell her to get out. Like why do people go to the hairdresser? TO GET THEIR HAIR TREATED AND FIXED. If you want to run a business it is important to treat your customers with respect. So unimpressed will not be ever coming back, behaviour needs to be changed
