Very polite. Fixed my husband's wheelchair without asking any questions what so ever. Lovely staff!

Visited about getting a mobility scooter serviced, told all techs away with covid, but would get one to ring the following week. No phone call received, called in a week later and was told to email photos of scooter and they would get back to me. That was over 2 weeks ago that the email was sent, heard nothing.

Hiring some healthcare equipment here was very easy. The sales staff were very friendly and helpful and I was in and out in a flash with the equipment I needed. I've hired similar equipment before in Melbourne and this was by far a better experience. Nicer show room, nicer staff, easy parking.I love living in the country, life is just better.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER - yes EVER!I went to the Lavington store. I am disabled and went with my attorney to approve and pay for purchase on the spot. I wanted a lift chair.I tried floor model, liked it a lot and wanted to buy it. Sales lady checked and said it was available. Went to pay and told that chair was already purchased by someone else AND there were no more available at all, and that size and colour were all that you could get, and they DO NOT HELP WITH SETUP - EVER.This sales lady was abrupt, almost aggressive, could care less about us and told us lies to our face!I went home and we contacted their supplier. Turns out, their supplier had over a dozen in stock, available in two sizes and four colours AND were happy to deliver and install for an extra fee.Nothing else to say really...

Thank you Claire (from Albury office) for wonderful service. Hired a scooter and wheelchair for my Dad over long weekend, price was reasonable and delivery spot on. Claire was lovely to deal with, extremely efficient and kind. Equipment was in excellent condition, if the need ever arises again you will be my go to.

Rang today and spoke with Caleb. Although he couldn't help me he was lovely and a pleasure to talk to and offered me advice. Thank you AidaCare for being a cut above the rest. Caleb is a sweetheart. Never let him go.

It's not easy accepting that you need the services of a shop like this. But all the staff make it a much easier/lighter experience by being themselves, having a joke with you and being empathetic (not feeling sorry for you etc we don't want that), but understanding and making your shopping experience pleasant. The staff have great product knowledge and can suggest items that you didn't even know exist to make your day to day living a whole lot easier/normal(ish).10/10 Thankyou
