It would be helpful to list your new address on your website… rocked up to the address provided on the website to purchase a new screen protector for my new phone only to find the shop was vacant and a sign with a new address was up. So I went to that address but little did I know it was 35 floors up in a corporate tower, which I was then greeted by a receptionist and told to sit and wait as someone would be out for me… which I did for 15 mins. She then told me I couldn’t be seen… I just wanted a screen protector! The place is nothing like the photos of a shopfront on Google… would have been handy to know so I didn’t waste my lunch hour on this :(

Best service I have received! Ricky was very helpful and was able to repair both my phone and iPad in a quick turnaround. If you are wanting to get any electronically devices repaired, this is where you need to go! (Located in Tower One Barangaroo for those looking for it)

Excellent customer service and fair prices!! I have been coming to my phone rescue for the past 3 years, and I wouldn't go anywhere else! I don't why I never thought of leaving a review, well here I am, it's never too late! Ricky is extremely helpful, professional and honest. He always provides me with a quick service and he is a very pleasant person to deal with. The shop is located near Wynyard St which is very convenient too. I would highly recommend!

Phone fixes, PC repairs, etc, don't let the name mislead you into thinking they only do phones. They do a lot more than thatTook in an old Dell laptop, battery was dead. Dell wasn't interested in supplying a new battery, told us find a reseller somewhere. Took it to this place, Rick said I'll fix it". I needed it in a hurry. He calls me up the next day after the weekend and says

So pleased with how quick and professional Rick was with helping me to save my Mac computer data and upgrade to a reconditioned MacBook. Rick has been so helpful when I needed to ask questions once getting my computer back and very informative. I would definitely recommend this service and will be back for any future tech repairs that I need.

The service is incomparable to anywhere else in Sydney. My iPhone 12 Pro Max was completely shattered and Rick sorted it out for me with no worries in the world. I cannot recommend him and his team more. You will not be able to find anyone more reliable and trustworthy with your devices. 10/10 would recommend every single time.

Absolut highest recommendations!!! Rick saved my phone after it went black and dead from one moment to the other and I was told by other repair services that it was a total loss and couldn't be repaired. He managed to reactivate it so that I got access to valuable fotos and data and to do a complete data backup. Repair was done within a couple of hours. Professional and very friendly service. 100% my go to place should I ever have issues again!
