Reka is a baby whisperer, our two little ones just love her. She is so calm and patient. We have had two newborn photo shoots with Reka, resulting in so many exceptional photos. When my family came to visit from overseas we had an extended family photo shoot which was also great quality. I appreciate that we always know the full cost beforehand, no surprises or hidden charges. It has been a pleasure to spend time with Reka and have her make our family look so good. Thank you Reka.

I’m fussy when it comes to photos and I only wanted the best for our precious newborn photos. Reka is such a talented artist. Her work first impressed me when I saw the photos she’d taken of my colleague’s baby. So I asked for her details as I wanted artwork like that for my house too. Reka first captured my daughters cake smash photos, 1 year later down the track we knew our newborn/family portraits needed to be done by Reka. words cannot express how pleased we were with the photos. Reka is a great photographer! My wife booked a newborn photoshoot and as typical husband I was skeptical of the value. That went out the window after meeting Reka and I am SO SO happy we had them done. Photos were delivered quickly, and Reka was great with our little one. 10/10!

Reka Choy is an incredible photographer! I have had a number of wonderful experiences with Reka, two of them being my maternity and newborn photo shoots.From the smooth booking process to the relaxed and happy vibes on the day, Reka was an absolute superstar. She was very responsive to messages and provided plenty of advice and instructions before each shoot, which was perfectly reassuring for an anxious mum-to-be/new mum. I was concerned about suitable outfits for my belly but Reka had it all worked out - her studio is full of stunning options in a variety of colour schemes. Reka also showed great flexibility when my baby daughter was born earlier than expected and we needed to move the date of our newborn shoot.With her calm and friendly demeanour, Reka is made for photographing new parents and babies. As soon as we entered the studio we felt immediately welcome, and any of our hesitations about being photographed melted away. She was so patient and gentle with our new baby, I could not believe how many adorable setups and shots she was able to capture.Then comes the finished product. The quality of Reka’s photos is just divine! She knows how to create a vast range of beautiful shots and capture all the special moments. We loved our January 10th 2023 photoshoot for our newborn.In 2021 we booked Reka for a newborn shoot for our first born, we just had to book her again for our second baby girl as she is bloody fantastic! She moved our booking to an earlier date to accomodate our schedule better.Creative-wise she is great, she talks through her creative process and asks for feedback and direction from us. For both photoshoots in 2021 and 2023 we brought our own themed props to capture and represent our babies’ multicultural heritage. We are Filipino and Samoan. Reka accommodated our props and set up amazing back drops for our babies! So unique and such a fun experience.Reka’s studio is super fun, clean, warm for baby, equipped for nappy change and baby feeding, also has a beautiful lounge set up to relax in and watch baby’s shoot. Reka is a bubbly, happy and positive vibe - we love her energy.The first time we had a shoot with her it took about a week to get beautiful digital copies of the shoot. We received by mail our chosen printed photos and they’re perfect for framing around the house! Love love love. Super clear, crisp high res photos.Thank you thank you thank you for giving us awesome experiences with our two babies.
