Handsome young lad took my call.Older gentleman tended to my problem when I arrived but the first young lad still checked in with a friendly smile to ask how it was going. The older gentleman explained what the car needed and came up with a solution promptly. 10/10 would recommend.

Our tow vehicle broke down on a friday before a long weekend. Merv graciously looked at it, diagnosed it and teed up Ovens Ford to programme the key. Refused payment, a real gentleman, highly recommended. Workshop tidy and quality of work was top notch too.

In relation to a RWC these guys had passed on a vehicle that I bought from another Company, after receiving my purchased vehicle, I drove to work that afternoon (being on arvo shift), on the way back however was not so pleasant, a horrendous squealing sound arose, when I got home I jacked up the vehicle, the wheel had that much play it was unbelievable it was still attached, so I pulled the whole front wheel assembly down, to find that the wheel bearing is not only seized, but broke in 2, I will add to prevent further damage, I used a Hydraulic Hub puller unlike someone else I noticed tried to use a sledge hammer. Also I had noticed that the 'Negative Toe' for the rear wheel was ridiculous, only to find that the Lower Control arm that needed to be replaced for RWC was loose and nut ready to fall off. alongside these Life Threatening Issues, a new windscreen was put in for RWC, being a 6mm gap on the left side and 2mm gap on the right, as well as squishing down the seal rendering the seal now useless, allowing moisture under the windscreen in time creating rust. I just wanted to add, It's been a great Christmas pulling down my self bought Christmas Present to see what else is broken.
