He made sure we were well informed every step of the way, answered any questions we had, provided us with options, addressed any concerns promptly and offered his expert advice when needed. He went above and beyond to ensure we were happy, satisfied and our house was everything we wanted.We cannot fault the quality and workmanship of the build. Everything has been built and finished off to such a high standard.The whole process was very smooth and we moved in ahead of schedule.Our neighbours commented on the cleanliness of the site and the professionality of the contractors.As first home builders the process couldn't have been more enjoyable. We love our “new house”. Thank you Romy from RU Developments and Libby Wightman from Joyce Kitchens.All I wanted initially were draws in the kitchen rather than cupboards and a tidy kitchen, one that had a place for all the clutter that I collected over the years. But after speaking with Libby she came up with all these great ideas which meant we needed a builder. Libby recommended Romy, from RU Developments, who turned out to be builder Extraordinarie. Whenever Libby asked “can we do that Romy? “ He always said yes, and HE DID.In the end not only did I get a new kitchen but a number of tired areas in the house were refurbished, renovated. Other builders (we did get other quotes) said some of the ideas presented couldn’t be done or would be too expensive to do.Romy was there all the way to guide us, advise us which we really appreciated. Our renovation price was very competitive. The price quoted was transparent. Every element was itemised and at the completion of the work there were no surprise costs.The work was finished to a high standard. All the tradies were professional and Romy was there each time a tradie started on a section of work to be carried out. He competently managed each stage of the project.I not only have the beautiful new kitchen I dreamed of but I have a beautiful new home without having had to move. We reconfigured our kitchen/laundry and built a new downstairs bathroom in 2018 with RU developments. We were so impressed we've had Romy and his team back this year to build a garage and activity room for us. I have no hesitation in recommending RU developments. Quality work, and both projects finished on/ahead of time.

The principal, Roman Uszko was contracted in early 2018 to undertake a significant renovation to the house to which we have recently moved. We were introduced to Roman of RU Developments Pty Ltd through an independent kitchen renovation group. Roman and his team have been of great help to us in this project that turned out to be far more complicated than we had at first imagined. The existing house was old but solid but as the project progressed thoughtful changes were required to the detail of the renovation to remedy the actual condition of the house, only noticeable when when old structures were removed. Throughout the whole exercise Roman has been careful to understand our requirements, has offered helpful advice where required, has been diligent in his organisation and followup and has completed the job to a high standard. This achievement was possible because the trades-persons Roman works with are all professionally qualified and are people of integrity who take pride in their work. It was interesting for me to learn that most of the trades-persons had worked with Roman for many years, which in itself explained why the team worked so well together. As mentioned the project was not without some complications. However throughout the whole process to overcome difficulties, Roman demonstrated, professionalism, integrity, patience and kindness. I would recommend him as a builder of choice. By the way, I checked his prices as well and his quotes were very competitive.

Romy was outstanding at managing our kitchen renovation. He organised demolition work, ceiling/cornice work, tiling, plumbing, electrical work, skirting boards and painting. We were extremely impressed by the quality of every tradesman in his team for their high standard of workmanship and friendly professionalism. Romy was an excellent project manager, overseeing every part of the process. We highly recommend R U Developments to anyone wanting a stress free renovation, we couldn't be happier with our beautiful new kitchen!

Highly recommend R U Developments after contracting their service for a recent bathroom renovation. Roman provided timely service with the renovation completed in 10 days. He provided practical advice in the planning stage and also providing progress updates throughout the construction. Loving the finished product.

We contracted RU Developments to do our renovation/extension/granny flat. Their pricing was very competitive and not only did they come in on budget but also ahead of schedule.Romy and his team went out of their way to make sure they delivered exactly what we wanted. Romy is highly experienced and professional and has a team of tradesmen who to his credit have worked with him for many years and bring with them a wealth of skills.The workmanship was spot on and we are delighted with the result.We were living in our home while the renovations took place, which normally would be very stressful, however Romy and his team not only worked round us, but felt like friends by the time they left.
