Bowen Yoga Room
Donna is amazing! Her classes are so cheap although she has over 15 years experience and it shows! Every class is different and Donna uses all the elements of Hatha yoga in her practice. Although I have been doing yoga for 10 years I have learnt so many new things from this incredible teacher. The space has a great energy and the regulars are lovely. Beginners to advanced will all enjoy this practice as Donna has the skill to introduce each posture from its base to the more advanced stages. Do your body mind and soul a favour and go to the Bowen Yoga Room.
