These guys are crooks. I dealt with Thomas in their head office and ordered some carbon parts for my AMG GLE Coupe which cost €1720. They promised delivery in 3 to 4 weeks. After 6 months (I accept Covid caused some delays) the goods were shipped (from Russia!) but returned by our customs because the accompanying papers were falsified to show an import value of just $10. The parts went back to Tuning Empire's Russian manufacturer (yes they simply outsource your purchase) and Tuning Empire have said that it's not their fault so NO parts and No refund for me. Thieves!
