ash is a great professional. I'm a bodybuilder and BJJ fighter. My body is always sore and is full of injuries, always super tight. I had my first massage session with Ash this week and i can tell, I never felt my body so recovered after a massage like this time. I'm confident he can help to fix and prevent another injuries from an athlete's life. Highly recommended.

I saw Ash for the first time today and was not disappointed. Ash was kind and professional, and talked me through what he was doing (and the muscles involved). I prefer a firm massage as usually I get massages to fix a specific problem, and walked out much more nimble than when I walked in. I'll definitely be back, thanks Ash!

What can I say. Ash was extremely welcoming and professional! Informed me of Myotherapy and did some amazing work. I am currently experiencing improvements in my posture, previous upper back pain and even an unbelievable improvement with problems related to in-toeing. I would highly recommend a visit to Park Road to visit Ash.
