went for my second visit today - great service.i have never been too girly growing up and i am shy, but on both visits i have felt welcomed and experienced professional and efficient service. everyone seems very friendly, and everything is clean. the prices are also very reasonable and it is easy to make an appointment. this is my go to place from now on. :)

Had my first appointment yesterday with Elise. It was my first spray tan in a long time and she made me feel very comfortable and was knowledgable when I enquired about facials and recommend one for me to get next time.Customer service was great and the salon was very welcoming.Location is fantastic too, plenty of parking and easy to find.Thanks Elise for being super friendly, inviting and making me feel comfortable.

Retreat is my favourite place to go, so relaxing and welcoming. Jess and the girls are always so kind and friendly. Wouldn’t let anyone else touch my brows or skin - they are the best here. Highly recommend for an amazing beauty experience every time. ❤️
