Ordered pizza at 7 pm told be ready in 20 minutes arrive at 7.20 be told another 10 minutes wait another 20 little short bearded bloke named Corey I think very unprofessional I said half price mate he replies ease been busy get pizza home and burnt wouldn’t feed to my dog will post photos on Facebook

Worst pizza I've ever had from red grasshopper the BBQ chicken pizza was dry and only Luke warm, it had barely, if any, sauce base, and the base was so thin, it definitely wasn't the same as their bases I've ordered before. The ham & pineapple pizza was so unappetising not even the children would eat it. Very disappointing especially as I had family here from Launceston and I said, let's get red grasshopper it's better than domino's, boy was that a big mistake.

Do not order anything from this business! The food is dry and overcooked and the customer service comes with attitude. The teenagers that run this place are giving the business and owner a bad name and forces customers to never return.After receiving a burnt lasagna I called to complain to which I was told if it looks good on top it must be good on the bottom". I was completely shocked by this response and that I was being told that I was wrong. He finally stated "well what do you want" to which I had to request the refund. Utterly disappointed with the customer service and the poor quality control of their food products. This is not acceptable and the owner should be ashamed that they are being represented by these employees."
