We recently had our 30 year old roof restored through Fortress Coatings. The service Doug and his team provided was excellent! We are very happy with the quality of workmanship and result of the restoration. I recommend Fortress Coatings to anyone wanting quality workmanship at a reasonable price.

Only took a few days for Peter to come and inspect our roof. He informed us there is no broken tile.

Change of ownership as of 2022. Excellent service with providing quote. Received $7000 quote for roof restore on two storey home. Exact same as competitor who recommended them. Prior to new ownership received quote of $3500 in 2021. For homeowners with two storey home this is an absolute bargain. Remember folks, it is all about the money!! If you get quoted similar amount as paying for a new roof replacement $7000+, better to get a brand new roof installed.

I would not recommend this company to anyone. They stuffed us around for months before they finally showed up to our property to complete work, left without completing the work and never returned. We tried contacting them many times before they arrived back again to say they didn't have time to complete our needed work and did not want to take it on. Have just had another roofing company fix another part of our roof and they took photos of the work completed by Fortress. I am appalled how it looks and am very disappointed that I actually paid money for the crappy workmanship that was done.

I'm 99.99% sure it says they do re-guttering, gutter repair and replacement on their website, but if you ask them to do this job - that is prominently displayed on their website - they say they don't actually provide this service. When I pointed out to them the inconsistency their response was No worries".Is this false advertising?Fix your website or do the job you advertise."

Incredible obliging staff

Would prefer to give 0 stars. We had a roof restoration done by Fortress which failed miserably. Fortress inspected and said 'we've never seen this happen before, its really bad'. They will repaint BUT we are told the cleaning and scaffolding would be at our expense. Not good enough Fortress. Wouldn't recommend them to anyone!

The guys from Fortress were fantastic, Peter showed up on time to give us a quote. He was professional, friendly and great local knowledge of what would suit our home.Vincent came out to do the job for us, he was very thorough in his work, he went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the outcome.We are extremely happy with the results and the friendly service from Fortress, we can't recommend them enough
