The initial interaction by telephone had me wondering but when I got there today Doctor Jeff was friendly, efficient and understanding.

The staff were very efficient and professional. My appointments were on time and they were able to fit me in for a procedure in the same day to save me from having to make another trip.

Umm hi late evening after my appointment earlier this afternoon. My experience has been a five month wait with a earlier cancellation wait list & today i found my appointment right from walking in the Hubs doors, swift, professional, gentle & superb! I have an basal cell c.... on my lip, right eye. I had been so worried it was a melonoma, thank gosh not! Sounded like Dr Lucy Gould does not need to do invasive, scarring removal without a full anesetic surgery again thank gosh!!!!!!!!!! I have enough scars. I flustered forgot to show the Dr my mole on my left front collar bone neck side, my neck, chest clevage skin bump, my inbetween under & above tummy red little ish x2 red skin marks!!!!!! I was soooo anxious & well am thinking that can be addressed when My consulting specialist Dr today or Dr Lucy in the near future please? I feel rude as i a stickler of names, all people important....... I forget my Specialists today appointment 1:40pm. I shall call early next week & address that too. My first time at this clinic, found parking easy, staff friendly & helpful. This was only an initial appointment prior to a later procedure. The only problem I had was finding the clinic once inside The Hub as the building, although modern, is a bit of a rabbit warren.

My experience was very good and the outcome was negative for any nasties on my skin. The staff are very professional and I always feel comfortable. Thank you Dr Tilly!

The desk staff were polite and efficient. Maggie was an amazing doctor, friendly, funny and thorough. In addition, she was on time (maybe early?) in calling us up. A fantastic experience.

I was taken in on time, and Sarah was very thorough and made me feel at ease. Excellent practice, I will definitely be going back to get my skin checked in the future.

The Doctor was very polite and surrounds very clean and comfortable . But the prognosis was a bit scary and the treatmenta bit old fashioned Efudex , thought there may be improved treatment like Laser or some new method .Bryan

Dr Lifshen was absolutely sensation caring for my 91 year old father - incredibly kind, caring and compassionate and so knowledgeable. we know we are in the best possible hands-cannot recommend him highly enough.

Excellent!! Most thorough skin check I have had ever. Great tips re type of sunscreen. Reception staff and Doc Maggie were lovely and friendly. Great experience, thank you
