My first appointment for a waxing service was brilliant. I then booked a nail manicure and shellac. I booked an appointment with one beautician but got a different one (even though the person I originally booked with was working that day). I was kept waiting for over 5 minutes while the beautician stood next to another beautician that was chatting with a client about a procedure. She had no time to do my shellac properly, they came off within 3 days. I cancelled my next appointment. I have not received a follow-up phone call or anything.
