Service is rubbish. Tried to get a suit dry cleaned by dropping in at 10:00 am Friday and not able to be ready by closing time Saturday. Whatever happened to 24 hour turnaround and same day service?? Dry cleaners in Berwick you can drop in by 0930 and pick up at 12 noon same day including Saturdays! Service delivery at Warragul Dry Cleaners is total rubbish.

I walked into the launderette with three overflowing baskets of clothes and linen. I walked out less than 90 minutes later and only $60 lighter with six loads of washing lovely and clean and dry. Their washing machines washed very well in a short amount of time and their new dryers are very efficient. This would have easily taken me two days of baby sitting my machines at home to have achieved the same results.

There was an issue with my dress, the colour had run. If I hadn't of refused to take it they would have left it in that condition. A note was stuck to it saying the cleaner had done the best they could.After speaking to someone else they got the dress back to what it should have been.Very happy they fixed, disappointed I had to refuse to take it the first time round.
