I purchased a plant from the plant section at Hills Flower Market. It is not part of the flower section but an independent business Escape Nursery. DO NOT PURCHASE a plant from this person. Buy elsewhere. The plant started deteriorating from the next day with lovely large leaves turning brown down each side and curling together , becoming brittle and dying. The owner Jillian had no intention of helping me just saying I must have down something wrong and her plants were fine. She had NO customer service and spoke with a superior and distaining voice and attitude. Her prices are expensive. SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY ELSEWHERE.

Very rude and unprofessional. We bought the wrong plant and realised within 10 minutes of the wrong purchase and management not only refused to refund us, but they were extremely unprofessional and rude. DO.NOT.BUY anything from this store there are other options locally.
