Coles Orange

I got a bit more than I had intended so didn't have a basket and was struggling to balance what I had (it was also heavy) A lovely man with a security shirt on took my excess, walked me to self service, scanned all my items and put them in a bag for me. What a lovely thing to do and what a lovely man. Thankyou Mohammed

Was giving no information or email about the out of stock items I wanted to purchase with the click and collect. Workers aren’t so helpful as they palm you off to the coles support. Coles support helped my situation but very disappointed as a customer I should have full awareness of when an item is out of stock and not to be left in the dark thinking the worker has accidentally forgotten it. Do better coles.

READ THIS: the shopping is what you'd expect. It's the access that's winning it a one star. Hands-down the worst accessible supermarket I've been to. It is seemingly part of the Orange city centre. But once the mall is closed, you cannot enter through any of the mall's street entrances! This happens early evening. (First time I encountered a mall that shutters its doors while a supermarket inside it is still open!). Google maps took me to a shuttered parking entrance. If you do manage to find a car park entrance, misleading signage points you to the bottom level, from which there was no access, because the entrance doors were... locked!The actual entrance is either from Byng St, across the police station, or from Anson St, across from the ex-Services club. But save yourself the frustration - go to woolies or Aldi!

Was disappointed with Coles,as most of there shelves were empty.

We were served at the checkout by a friendly young man named Bailey. What a difference being served by someone so friendly makes to your day. The lady at the Deli was friendly too. Well done to you both

Don’t stock beef stock pots, but will stock the chicken stock pots.

It's a typical Coles supermarket. I found what I was looking for, paid, and left. As usual, not enough served checkouts open.

Was ok util I got my $5.00 single use coles freezer bag out and one handle fell off it I'll stick with my over 12 month old Woolworth bag
