This was a extremely thorough course which covered numerous aspects of public speaking. Charmaine gave a considerable amount of one on one feedback to all participants which vastly improved everyone's ability to confidently speak in public with the correct structure

This was by far one of the most interestingly run technical training courses I have ever attended. The trainer was great and the content was excellent!I found the strategic methods of the A.TT.I.C.S. opening technique, various speech structures and the S.Q.A.C. closing techniques, all extremely useful.
