I've enjoyed deepening my practice at Black Mat. There is a wide variety of classes and offerings. The studio is well located in the heart of Eltham and has a warming feel inside. The instructors are well skilled and authentically embodied practitioners. I look forward to seeing the studio culture grow in time.

A beautiful studio with such a feeling of serenity and calm with caring, nurturing, experienced teachers. So many different styles you are spoilt for choice & can choose according to how you are feeling at that given moment. Yoga for mind, body & spirit - I always feel so uplifted and relaxed afterwards.

Such a beautiful studio in the heart of Eltham! This space instantly relaxes and nurtures you the moment you walk in.It feels warm, cosy and welcoming, and the staff are so, so sweet and professional. Beautiful new equipment, everything is really clean and the booking system is super easy too. Best yoga space I've ever practised in.Thanks Kate and Team xo
