Forever forgetting items with online deliveries and click and collect love the idea of it but very fustrating when you get home or receive your order to find out your missing items.It's fustrating when you have paid for something then you have to wait for 3 to 5 days for a refund.

Great store layout with multiple shops surrounding it. Bws, tabaccoist, dollar store. Plenty of Parking and space within the centre to shop.

Its an average supermarket. The staff are sensational and always ready to help. The store itself is always lacking. You can grab everything you want in one stop at the willows store. Rasmussen Woolworths is always missing what I want. The reason I was told from the older lady manager was because this store is rated as a C grade store and willows is an A grade store..Other than that, its a supermarket.What more can I say?

Not a bad place to shop if you need some supplies in a pinch. There’s a BWS, Barber and News Agent among other stores. The woolies is quieter than others most of the time but for some reason still seems to run low on goods half the time.

Clean, wide aisles are great to get around workers filling shelves and preparing online orders plus other shoppers. Very polite staff. Great, calm environment. Found that customers are also very polite, I think, due to the calm atmosphere
