Excellent communication skills with clients -> always willing to explain any issues and takes time to make sure that the client understands the situation, and knows the consequences of any/all actions done. Great staff that follow through with Mark's approach too, and greeting and organising is Ruth, Mark's wife - kind, gentle, particular, approachable and understanding.A great place to go for assistance ...

These blokes are awesome... they know everything there is to know about your vehicles... they never try to rip you off, very trustworthy... always very respectful with awesome service, speed and efficiency.... only down side is they are always mega busy... so u hafta book your vehicle in a week or 2 ahead... 100% recommend these guys...

Outstanding experience here at Wilco Motors. The team here fit me in at short notice when I really needed my car fixed. They are very knowledgeable, friendly and reasonably priced. So glad I have finally found a mechanic i can trust especially as a female. This will be my mechanic for life. Can't recommend the team highly enough. 5 stars all the way.

Wonderful experience. The staff are truly dedicated to giving you the best options that you really need. I was well aware of what was wrong with my vehicle, and they not only offered the most efficient solution, they went above and beyond, tending to the minor things like an oil top up that I didn't even think of. Thier customer service is spectacular and prompt - I have strict contact times , and they adheard to that to the minute. Definitely will come back.

Jerry, Mark, and the whole team at Wilco looked after me and my diesel i30 very well this week. No one likes stuff going wrong with their car suddenly, but I think everyone can agree on liking excellent, knowledgeable, and timely service from mechanics who know what they're doing!Thanks guys!
