I ordered a rug online which arrived with no problems. I needed to return it and it was a very poor experience. There's no easy to to instigate the return process that I could find. I emailed the address which I received correspondence from (it seemed like a monitored inbox). I called and pressed the option to get help with an online sale, *not* to speak to a store. It transferred me directly to a store. The person that answered was from the blinds"section and the carpet guy "wasn't in". He took a message and emailed the someone for me asking them to call me. No one called. I went into a store. The person there "had no idea how to help me" and the "carpet guy" doesn't start until one and a half hours after opening time. He said to come back later. I called again. This time the person that answered said that they also had no idea how to help me and I had to ring head office. I asked if he could give me their number. He said

Great place, Nitin was so incredibly respectful, great ideas helped us with everything we wanted, he took his time with us even suggested really good ideas what a lovely young man what a great service.Monir the overlooking, binding,edging guy what a lovely friendly person he delivered our rug himself he helped us put our rug down even gave us some good advice all in all a great experience thank you we recommend this place 100%
