We had a roof leak - 24hr Melbourne Plumbers were prompt in responding, getting the team out to us to review and quote the work, and were back quickly to repair this leak & retile the roof. The team was efficient, professional and did an excellent job. Thank you Aaron & Hayden! Absolutely recommend this team :)

I can only say one thing, if you're looking for roof repairs in the Melbourne area, it's one stop these guys. They know what they are doing, did my roof in one week. I wasn't looking for a cheap solution because it would cost me more later.

Aaron and Jordan provided outstanding service. We especially appreciated them updating their arrival time and actually arriving on time! They were most courteous and efficient. We also greatly appreciated their patience in inspecting the leak issues and explaining the possible causes and work required in layman's terms. There was none of the all too frequent frustration of no show"/late tradesman or the angst of having them in the house! Cannot recommend 24hour Melbourne Plumbers too highly!"

This company offered same day inspection which was great as I had a roof leak and needed help asap however, their quote seemed excessive so I sourced other quotes. I ended up finding a local roof repairer who completed the job for a 4th of the cost.So relieved I didn't use this company

I will share my experience and you can judge for yourselves.I needed a plumber to swap over a sink in our laundry trough and to connect a drain hose on our heat pump dryer. I asked them for an estimate over the phone but they advise that they would need to come out on site and will cost me a $55 call out fee. In good faith, I agreed and scheduled this in.They sent 2 young chaps to my house. The first thing they said is that they needed to install an outlet. I quickly corrected them and showed them there's provisioned already. So not a good start! One of them took a couple of photos and said that he will call his boss and work out a price. The price came back excessive but that is not my main gripe with this business. I requested that I speak to their boss" and he was quick to tell me over the phone that their basic installation of a washer/dryer is xxxx and installation of a sink is xxxx. WELL

I made an appointment to have a sewerage pipe unblocked. Two young guys turned up on time, but the promised courtesy call half an hour before didn't happen, so I needed to quickly get out of work to meet them. I told them the issue and they got to work. They called me a little while later to tell me that we have a problem - the snake they had put in the pipe had gotten stuck on a bit of broken pipe and they would need to excavate, which will cost me $2500. This was not in my plan. I told them I need to think about it and work out the best solution but they continued to pressure me, saying that if I don't agree, they're going to have to cut the snake and charge me $800. I was the sole female on the property - I'm not a timid person, but I felt bullied and intimidated by these two young men, pressured to say yes to excavation. I finally told them to get their office to call me. I told them that I was very upset, feeling bullied and I need time to think about my options. They eventually told me that they would cut the hose and leave it without charging the 800. So now I have a blocked pipe with an extra bit of hose in there. I'm worse off than I was. I paid for the service just to make them go away but I absolutely would not recommend these guys.

Called out for urgent repair of burst solar hot water service.It required putting the pipe back in and screwing together on roof panel. On first conversation I had to explain how our booster worked as it knew it wasn't as he explained.Originally he said it required a new part and the repair would cost $400.After I agreed he said he'd actually already put it together and no new part required.Feeling totally ripped off for 10 minutes work.Then following payment I received an invoice stating the work wasn't guaranteed.I beg to differ.

I have never given 1 star for a company before, this company have gone extraordinary length to provide a service which made us worse off . This happened to me when I was away and they tried to fix one of the properties I look after .My partner was intimidated by the w young chaps who came in. They are lucky she paid her for making things worse ! - I wouldn't have. Now I have the trouble of lodging complaints with consumer affairs and the likes.DO NOT TAKE A CHANCE ON THESE GUYS, there are plenty of other people like the Pro Plumber, Kosta Plumbing etc...
