I have used Terry Flanagan on several occasions in the past and have been extremely happy with the quality of the repair and service. Terry is extremely knowledgeable and efficient and always turns around repairs in a professional manner.The last couple of repairs on my vehicles were at my insurer’s preferred repairer and on both occasions I was left extremely disappointed with the end result. That’s why I returned to Terry this time.I would highly recommend people consider using their own repairer, in particular Terry Flanagan who has many years of experience and never fails to provide a good result.To Terry and his staff, thank you for a job well done and hope you are still around for many years to come – we need valued repairers like you!! I used T R Flanagan's services and highly recommend them. I made a little scuff on the back of a hire car on a Friday. I went in that day to get a quote and returned on Monday to get it fixed so I could return the hire car the same week. I not only appreciated the fast turnaround time but also the workmanship from TR Flanagan's team on the scuff. It looked like it never happened and I was able to return the vehicle with no issues identified. While the price was not the cheaper quote of the two I got, I felt it was very reasonable in consideration of the convenience for the quick turnaround time and the location of the repair shop to me. Very honest reliable service which I would not hesitate to use again.

Excellent work done to repair my car, with no shortcuts taken and genuine parts used.Initial delivery of the car to the site had a very detailed examination of the damage, with detailed notes taken and a great many pictures, with clear explanations on the extent of the damage and rectification required. Work was of the highest standard with no shortcuts taken and genuine parts used.Only negative would be that I had to contact them for updates several times rather than have updates pushed out - they do have a high volume of work and activity mind you. Once I did call them they were quite rapidly able to update me and more or less kept to their promised timeline, which was not rushed to get finished but took the time to get it done properly.Would most definitely use again.

The work done was excellent. Terry Flanagan and his team were really helpful and friendly.Maybe best of all...when I picked up my car, it had been cleaned inside and out! Amazing.They had also gone above and beyond, by touching up any minor scrapes collected in the supermarket car park.I really appreciate everything they did, and would definitely recommend them.

This business has good reviews. So I thought that I could get a quote to repair my car from them.I am not insured and someone ran into my back and they are also not insured. So standard practice is to go to two panel beaters get two quotes and demand the other driver to pay one of them. This panel beater refused to give me a FREE quote. Because they have enough business and don't want to waste their time. If all panel beaters behaved this way now one can get free quotes in similar circumstances.We think this is wrong.

I came to T R Flanagan with my old classic Toyota early in the New Year. I had a couple of rust spots that I wanted cut out, and a side skirt to be repaired.Long story short, after showing them my car, Terry said this is not how I wanna start my New Year

Whilst I've never had an at-fault accident (yet) I have been coming here for any repairs for both my own car and all our company cars for at least 20 years. I will never take my car anywhere else for repairs, and ensure my insurance always allows my me choice of repairer so I can choose to bring my car here.Terry and his staff provide a professional, honest, ethical, efficient service and the repairs are second to none. Many don't realise he fights for the rights of consumers behind the scene to ensure genuine parts are used and insurance companies don't insist on using old parts in brand new cars. If you want cheap and dodgy repairs, then this may not be the right repairer for you. But if you want quality and professionalism, this is the place to come.

Spectacular service and quality of work. Both times I've been there they have been quick to identify the issues, quick to file paperwork and quick to help assisting with a car for use during repairs.They also are very good at the actual repairs as well. Genuinely looked good as new.Just excellent in all aspects of their services. Highly recommend for any vehicle repairs.
