Ken and Reece installed 4 skylights and I couldn't be happier with the result. I explained the functionality requirements ie more light and they suggested the right skylights which produced an outcome better than I was expecting. On time, friendly, no hassle and quick install. Would highly recommend.

Ken did a fantastic job installing a very large skylight in our kitchen. He explained what was going to happen and did exactly what he promised. he cleaned up thoroughly after he had finished. We using him again soon

Ken installed 2 x solar-powered, remote controlled blockout blinds on my two skylights with great efficiency and professionalism. The fact my ceiling is 5m high proved no challenge whatsoever. Highly recommended.

We have 10+ VELUX skylights in our home already and wanted to add a row of another 4-5 skylights in our formal living area. Enquiry with VELUX in late August 2021 was assigned to North Shore Skylights.Kenneth came out to quote and measure soon after and spent twenty minutes confirming our desired outcome. He promised to revert with options and quotation within a week. Followed up yesterday 15 September 2021 and received the following response:Apologies as i thought i had let you know that i was going to opt out due to my heavy work load. I will refer this back to VELUX to reassign."Not impressed."

Horrendous experience. Of the 5 skylights installed in our newly renovated home we had to replace 3 completely within a week. Rusty screws used, rude emails sent to us by owner, do not use. We paid over $5K and then went to a second company and have products so much better! Even the skylights that North Shore Skylights said could not be installed, were and look amazing. Shoddy work, after a quick buck.

WOW How happy are we that we had Ken and the boys cut out and replace 5 velux windows . We were concerned about damageto plaster and what repairs would be required but there was not even any painting required.Great Job Boys 100% Great Value so clean and Professional
