Made me uncomfortable as soon as I walked in...there was only one employee that I felt treated me with some kind of decency. I got my nails done but it looks uneven and patchy with the paint job.I never write reviews, especially bad ones, but this place is not a good business. They were rude and even laughed at another customer after making them literally shriek in pain when they pulled a piece of their nail out...that seems like a bad practice as I doubt they're qualified to do things like that.Seeing the reviews on here, I think everyone has had a similar experience...disappointing and uncomfortable

Went to this place today, was told the price would be $70 with designs then changed it on us to $90 and told us at the end has to be cash. Nails were done poorly and very aggressive. Spilt acetone on my friends leg didn't bother cleaning it up just laughed.Do not go here horrible experience

Did pedicure and, manicure with shellac. Disappointing service. Multiple interruption to manicure. The lady was pressing her tool into my hand and it hurts. She also tried to bend my finger in a 90 degree sideways and I had to pull myself back. I was instructed to change counter just to let other two customer sit together. Not that I made a fuss about it but I would have appreciated more if they asked nicely.Pedicure: broken skin on my both ankle, dead peeling skin still around. job done so badly. very disappointed.

1 star too many.Don't bother coming here, plenty of alternatives in the centre.Came for a pedicure, which I thought was supposed to be a nice relaxing experience.Rude, rough and, money driven service.

Found the store clean, roomy, great prices and the staff are happy to assist. Had a pedicure and liked the fact that the store has high hygiene standards.

I came in for a pedicure, I sat down to a woman next to me who was already half way through her pedicure and I still finished before her, it was a completely rushed job, the massage lasted less than a minute, the brush was swiped over my feet once and so was the pumice stone. The paint job is sloppy and bubbly. Very disappointed I won’t be coming back

The worst pedicure I've ever had. They didnt even cut or file my nails, massage was less than a minute and they mucked up the nail polish so they just filed the nail polish back with a file then painted over the top of the remaining lumpy nail polish. As customers got up to leave, the two staff would talk in their own language and laugh as the customers walked out. Dont wsste your money. Very unprofessional, I'll never go back there again

I’m beyond disgraced. I’m not one to usually do reviews but this can not go unnoticed. My friend went to get a 2 week refill with small hearts as a design. He started off with an attitude about her previous nails by dissing another company. After doing an embarrassing job, and not making her aware of the extra costs proceeded to kick me out as I wasn’t getting my nails done then lied about giving her a refund-said he would once he takes the design off but when I asked they said no refund. So we left. And never coming back. Disgraceful services both technical and customer. Don’t know how they’re still open.

currently sitting in the chair as i write par of this. not professional, not a care in the world for their customers. quite literally picked at the entire of my skin around my toenails and was not soft with any part of the pedicure. i went with a friend & we were laughing because it tickled & they looked at us like we were crazy & can’t have a laugh about something. the only nice part of was leaving the shop. do not recommend at all, staff are rude & pushy and don’t speak to you.
