The greatest gym in Bella vista, I love the aircon, it’s like hard mode.It has a vibe - Cheap & dirty, rusty showers with missing handles, slimy grips on pin machines, broken and mouldy lockers, half the treadmills broken.You get used to it - it’s big and has a nice view, the staff are super chill.Could benefit from a good clean out, some new upholstery, new handles on pin machines, new lockers, 24/7 access & a better front desk area (sell some merch, snacks and shakes)Update: shower handles are back. They added a massive expensive looking cable machine.Update: they’ve added white lights everywhere, bring sunnies.

Friendly staff with a good amount of space. Studio can be used when no classes. Plenty of barbells and free weights. Stacked cardio section. Great ventilation. Accepts fitness passport. Has everything you need, no bells and whistles. Couldn't ask for more!

Its sad to realise that this gym was not the customer focus service I had thought it to be... my friend and I were faced with inappropriate behaviour and succumbed to derogatory attitudes of a male whilst using the sauna. He continued to expose us to his indecent behaviour since he was annoyed we used the communal sauna. When we pulled his disrespectful attitude to management he assumed that because we chose not to use the shocking cold monsoon shower to rinse of after our workout, that we didn't shower. We actually used the warm showers inside the female room. He then accused us brown females with body odour. What's disappointing that when we raised this with management it was taken very lightly and more concerned about if he had to say anything. So women of colour have to once again accept that treatment tolerate those attitudes and lie down. To the poor sad excuse of a man that displayed his barbaric upbringing...your time will come. #saynotoracism

Gym is falling apart - handles are deformed, seats fall after sitting on them midway through workouts and treadmills make loud bangs when running on them. A bad smell lately too. Gym is also closed on most public holidays and it closing at 5pm on weekends is not helpful when you can’t make it to the gym during the week.

Cheap and nasty. You definitely get what you pay for here.$9.95 a week if you want to lock yourself in for 12 months and have no access to classes. If you don't mind old equipment, staff that don't care, various safety hazards and a general negative atmosphere this is the cheapest you'll likely find around.Fortunately I chose month to month so needless to say I'll be cancelling and trying other gyms in the area (which month to month are similar or even cheaper pricing!)

Love this place, very friendly staff, I usually go there for Sauna and steam.

Plenty of equipment and different types. There are yoga and zumba classes available. Big enough. Have showers and lockers for your stuff. Also have both saunas and cold shower. Reasonably priced. Friendly staff.

I have a membership here, gotta say the staff are lovely, and the other guys at the gym are all legends, approachable, kind and non-toxic. If anyone is being a pain in the arse, the staff have a zero tolerance policy, so you'll feel safe while getting some good Yakka done.
