8 bunks, no tv and not my problem

Comfortable and quiet with a very pleasant out over the valley.The thermostat room heater keeps you toasty warm on those chilly nights .

We booked accommodation - a bunk room to sleep 4 adults and 4 kids through an online booking agency at what we thought was a fantastic rate. On showing the details of the room to my friend online on my phone, I booked using my credit card. BIG MISTAKE! Despite FREE CANCELLATION ON MOST ROOMS clearly plastered across this website, this bunk room was THE exception. San Michelle's website revealed that our room did not make reference to the flat screen tv as promised on the booking website description of the room. We had a group with 4 children! No tv after all day skiing was not going to be great so I rang the property to double check description of the room. Graham (whose family apparently owns the property) confirmed no tv in the 8 bunk room. I requested that he cancel the room booking and refund the full charge for three nights he had already processed! No- they are the hardest room to sell - no refunds". I tried to negotiate - could he try to sell the room and refund me if the room sold - he laughed and said no

Staying here for work. It is nice and quiet here. Rooms are well prepared
