Very nice experience with good staff. Prices are a bit much, but the place is nice and quiet, convenient and accessible.

A small pharmacy, but still has everything you need.The service is always excellent and their price is probably the cheapest in the area.It's also very convenient not needing to find a pharmacy in a big shopping center.

Anne and the staff are always so accommodating, nothing is ever an issue. Scripts always filled without any issues and go out of their way to make sure we have everything we need!

Excellent customer service. Great at helping you out with OTC items that won't interact with your prescription meds. Also very willing to order in or make up unusual scripts.

Great customer service and for a small store, they have a fantastic variety.The interior of the shop could probably do with an update, but that doesn't stop the staff from doing a wonderful job.

I really like the pharmacists here. They are always lovely and very professional. I like that I speak to the pharmacists in person when I go in and they fill the scripts straight away.They are also very attentive to the medications.

I have been using this pharmacy for a short while now and both Sylvester and Ann are so helpful, friendly, compassionate and kind. Good old fashion service still exists here, which I am so pleased to be a part of as a customer. They always go above and beyond to help where they are able and so friendly with a welcoming smile whenever you walk in. Very welcoming and cannot speak highly enough of them. Thanks to you both I now have a pharmacy that I am very comfortable and feel welcomed. Keep up the great work and anyone needing help or a pharmacy can't go wrong just giving Sylvester and Ann a chance. This is honestly the best Pharmacy in Canberra. Every time I go there they are polite and extremely efficient. I went in today, the day before Christmas and they were polite as usual and filled a script on the spot. Its cheaper than most places as well. Thanks Ngunnawal Pharmacy and keep it up!

Always been amazing staff! Christine when she owned it and now Sylvester who is so helpful in helping out customers when they really need it. Wouldn't go anywhere else. I will continue to support this local business who also deliver for free in local area, keep our records on file and keep us up to date with expiring scripts etc. #1 pharmacy.
