My old desktop recently died, and Robin did a great job of recovering the data off the hard drives, and fitting me out with a new system that is pretty much future proof and has made it impossible for data to be lost. He even came out on a Sunday to install it. Awesome .

I cannot begin to describe how happy I am that I went to see Robin. Robin corrected an email issue that Westnet, Apple & Microsoft put in the too hard" basket. I was pulling my hair out for 4 days trying to get this resolved. Robin had knowledge of local Westnet servers and got me up and running within an hour. For some time now I have been using the services of Turquoise Coast Computers and have always been very satisfied with Robin's service.However, today he greatly exceeded my expectations.After experiencing several problems I dumped the offending machine on his desk and explained what was (or wasn't) happening.After running a few checks he advised that it looked like the HDD was wearing out.He explained that, whilst replacing the HDD was one option, he was concerned that other parts that hide inside the case would also be nearing the end of their working life and that, maybe, replacing the whole thing would be better in the long run.After more discussion and soul searching I decided to go with a complete replacement although it would put a severe strain on my limited finances. This was going to set me back in excess of $1500.00While checking something on my computer, Robin noticed something that indicated that the unit was not as old as he had thought.At this point he did a complete back-flip and advised me to just replace the hard drive with a SSD and, if something else did fail, then I should buy a new computer sans" hard drive and put the my SSD into it.At about 11.00 am this morning I left the computer with him to weave his magic.At 4.30 pm I received a message advising that my computer was ready for pickup and how much it would cost.Despite having an ironclad chance to sell a new computer

Made an appointment to see Robin about upgrading an existing computer. We had a long discussion about what we needed and ended up purchasing a new desktop and laptop. No hard sell, just great advice and options that suited our budget. Robin later built hubby a website for his business and the attention to detail (and patience with endless questions and changes!) was great. Highly recommend Robin for home and business IT needs.

Our group would like to say a huge thank-you to Robin from Turquoise Coast Computers! He has done a brilliant job upgrading and networking all of our I.T, so we can now access our files and emails from anywhere, instead of having to go down to the tower to do so.The work was much more complicated and involved than expected and quoted for, so Robin very generously donated over 20 hours of his time to get our I.T needs sorted out properly, once and for all. As is to be expected, we had a few glitches in the early days of the change-over, but Rob was always just a phone call away to fix it - mostly done remotely, and very quickly. Robin is very pro-active and enabling, which allows us to get the best value for money for our group, and those who support us. Rob has been very patient and a 'fountain of knowledge' for us 'I.T novices' in the office, and his support of our volunteer but vital community service at Marine Rescue Jurien Bay is greatly appreciated!
