I have dealt with multiple agents. This agency is the WORST! They:- Lie- Lack knowledge- Unresponsive- Rude- Bully people- Unprofessional- Have their commercial interests at the centre of everything they do- Disclose personal/confidential informationThat said, we were delighted with the cheap price we secured for the house! I feel sorry for the vendors. He used poor pictures and was terrible at negotiating, but to the point of being an aggressive bully.When I tried to negotiate on behalf of my parents, he threw around comments around me having a hidden agenda relating to my inheritance when trying to help my parents purchase a property - how dare he. My mother is disabled and this property was above their budget, however it suited her needs so I assisted with and contributed to the sale with my own money to achieve the best outcome for them.I don't need their inheritance as I am a very successful businessperson with several properties! My parents had just moved from the UK and needed somewhere to live.This guy is a really unpleasant character who simply does not understand how to run a real estate agency or SELL A HOUSE. He is known as a bully by tenants in the area.

We where tenants at 14 Bromhall rd Bundanoon. They did not get anything repaired that needed to be fixed during our time here. Our oven did not work properly for the entire rental period. All our inspections where that the house was clean and tidy, with everything perfect up until we moved out during covid.We had an inspection 3 weeks before our move and was written that everything was tip top. When we moved out they came up with all sorts of reasons that they wanted to take $1900 of our bond, saying that we destroyed they house.How can everything be perfect and then we carged $1900?They are unethical, unreliable, dishonest and down right out to bully any conflict.Do not trust their word.

His remarks and actions towards me were unacceptable, unprofessional, and racist.As a client, I expect to be treated with respect and professionalism, and unfortunately, I did not receive that from you. Your behavior not only caused me distress but also left a poor impression of your business.I hope that in the future, you will be more mindful of your actions and ensure that your clients are treated with respect, regardless of their race or ethnicity. It is important for businesses to promote inclusivity and diversity, and your actions contradict these values.I urge you to reconsider your approach towards clients and ensure that you conduct your business with the highest level of professionalism and integrity.

Helpful, professional and honest.John made our purchase as smooth as could possibly be. He kept us informed of all developments as soon as he knew them. Nothing was too much trouble. We would have no hesitation in recommending John to anyone looking to purchase real estate.

Typically what you think of a real estate agent. Making false statements to potential buyers of our property so they wouldn't buy it, all because we didn't select them to sell our house for us. Disgusting behavior and not a place i would recommend that anyone do business with.
