Our property manager, Shannai is so lovely and responsive. Have recently started a lease with Greg Hocking and communication all goes through Shannai. She is very professional and has been a great help for us whenever we have questions or, come across an issue it is quickly resolved. Great customer service and very reliable.

Great knowledge and service! Shae and the team at Greg Hocking Real Estate have delivered a truly wonderful property management service the past 5 years. They were proactive in general upkeep of the property and promptly attended to any matters concerning the tenant or myself. Their knowledge of the area and market set the right expectations with a recent sale and the process leading to settlement was seamless. I have no hesitation is recommending Greg Hocking Caroline Springs if you are in the market and would definitely call upon their service in future.

I would score this real estate zero if I could. Very unprofessional behaviour of Tanya Marin property manager. We had to call and email few times to get missing light bulbs replaced when we move in and blame me for multiple calls oneday. I mentioned to that I wouldn’t call multiple times if she had fixed the problem promptly. Her response was she was not aware about the issues including missing light bulbs and other issues until the day prior. It was on conditional report about missing lightbulbs and they were only partially replaced on the day 10 after the contract commenced. When I email to update about the issues still need to be fixed, we were accused that it is different people living not us. I asked her how she says for sure. Then I get a call and text messages from the their handyman that it’s his fault and not to go hard on them. Very unprofessional behaviour to accuse us based on handyman’s comments and without clarifying it. We were told different people live in our house and we have given wrong information to them. Handyman told two female and one different male lives there. Our mother was visiting us and as per Tanya we have to report our visitors too and we don’t have our privacy when we pay to live there. Handyman came only once in our house and they already come to conclusion three people living there. It’s the most awkward and awful encounter.Tanya behaviour is very unprofessional and unethical to me.I think unprofessionalism runs from top to bottom in this company and the owner who replied to this review is worried about 1 star review than addressing customer complaints. FYI:5 star reviews can even be placed by fake profiles to keep your reviews high. I think I mentioned all the facts here sufficiently.

I dealt with Greg hocking for more 8 years bought my house and rented since that time .They manage the property in perfect way. They looked after the tenant and the owner in equal way .any issues they are on the top of it, they handle maintenance ,the account , and inspection also in very professional ways.From an owner point of vue you need to treated fairly which I found they perfectly manage into my situation.Thanks again.

Tanesha has been exceptional! Has heaps of knowledge and will go above and beyond for you. She knows what shes talking about! I could not recommend enough ! As a first home buyer you want to make sure you find people you can trust . Shae was incredible throughout the entire process and guided me through the buying journey. Despite her busy schedule as a Director she always took it upon herself to help out whenever she could. She even went the extra mile to guide and dispel some misunderstandings that the people I hired expressed . It was very reassuring to have a real estate agent who showed genuine care and had my best interest at all times. I strongly really recommend going through Greg Hocking and particularly asking Shae for any home purchases. 10/10 !

Abysmal. Woeful. Unprofessional and not fit for purpose. Based on my experience, I would not recommend going anywhere near these shonky dealers. Not only were all management issues either delayed or blown out of all proportion, but communication was also hostile, delayed and incomplete. Starting from the top this office is putrid in my opinion. Leadership also made incredibly inappropriate comments to me about the racial origins and religion of several prospective renters. Nasty people in my experience and opinion.**update: More threats and blackmail from this agency. Nothing new. An agency that likes to bully and coerce to up their income in my opinion and experience. This, and the response here, demonstrates the kind of people this agency are, their disregard for professional standards and professional communication, and will serve as a warning to those who might still be considering using their services. The type" of tenant any landlord wants is typically one that comes with good references

Greg Hocking leased our property for 3 years in this time they had found us 2 seperate tenants who were perfect for our property. We didn't have to think about the property as the ran it all and any maintenance issues were discussed and fixed.We recently sold the property where the team had it styled, the property was listed and then we sold it in 4 days about $35k more than we wanted. The sale team guided us with making the best decision with offers we had received.Very happy client would definitely recommend.

We had an excellent service from Cassandra Hutchings. She was very responsive and she respected our time. Very professional and accommodating. The whole process was very smooth and easy! This is our first time with the Greg Hocking real estate team and we highly recommend them.
