Absolutely rubbish customer servicePurchased a babysit of drawers online. It took almost 5 hours to set up with missing pieces. I have been trying since October to get this resolved and having to constantly follow it up. No one has responded to me all my emails and I am having to constantly follow up to see where the replacement is they have told me that they’re not willing to replace the entire drawer only the bottom drawer.

just love the Collegien Slipper socks I got from this store. Fabulous service and probably the most complete range of infants products I've ever seen!!!Service and product knowledge was second to none!!Love this shop and will certanly go again

Went to buy a Toshi hat for my son. The ladies in shop were super friendly and helpful. Great range of children's stuff. Very lovely store, highly recommended!

Such a great gift shop. Terrific customer service - Rosemary clearly loves what she does! Toshi baby clothes. Dishes. Toys. Clothes. Layette sets. Wonderful family run business - Rosemary and her sister. I very much enjoyed looking around the store. Don’t forget to walk to the back! There is a clearance rack and All for Kiddiz also does embroidery for personalization. Baptism candles. All 4 Ella cover the baby Bibs. A great stop!

I went in today to buy what was needed for my daughter’s Baptism and the service was impeccable! So friendly, not pushy and just delightful staff to deal with. They came up with several beautiful options in budget and also catered to everything we needed. Such lovely, friendly people with great knowledge of the products and I’m so happy with what we’ve chosen! Thank you so much for making the process so easy!Rose

Excellent costumer service and a great variety of products from educational toys to baby clothes.I went in looking for a Christening gown and got a gorgeous outfit, it was on sale so I ended up spending much less that my budget and bought 2 other dresses for bubs (also on sale!)

Went to pick up something we ordered for a Christening. The 2 lovely ladies that were there were so lovely & helpful! I would certainly recommend this store, not only for Christening related things but they have a great range of children’s items too, and great customer service! :)

One of my favourite kids boutiques!Rosemary and her sister Patricia as so welcoming and helpful. They have a wealth of knowledge!!They have the most beautiful selection of kidswear and gifts making it hard to decide whenever i am in :) Could not recommend them more!
