I purchased a bar fridge that costs me $499 ,3 months ago with 1 year warranty . Fridge temperature has been 13-14 degree now, i went to shop to describe the issue.The man looks like owner of the shop had a very bad attitude.He never listened to my issues- probably he was just ready to argue or fight . I did not let me explain the thing and said ,”I CANNOT REFUND”. I never asked for the refund i was trying to explain the issue .When again i tried to explain, he was so arrogant and said , Why do you even comeTo the shop , go away”!I can he even run the business with this bad arrogant rude attitude.I could have given zero stars if there would have been an option.

I would highly recommended them I bought my washing machine, dryer, fridge and vacuum cleaner. The staff was very nice he even gave me a discount because I was moving out on my own the first time. He could probably tell I was stressed out. BUT I’m the biggest fan of the vacuum I bought as it’s Italian made (so you know it’s good) and fair on price it works better than a bloody Dyson that bought for nearly $1000 and totally died 1 year in having it. But i this Italian vacuum still works like it’s brand near and it's been 3 years now.

This store is a FRAUD!!!.I bought a COLD STREAM fridge in Mar 2020 and since then it has malfunctioned about 6 times. I had to fight the store to do the maintenance. Now they simply deny, we wont cuz its gone out of warranty. Its a shame a new fridge can cause so many issues. I am sure they didnt give me a new one and just gave be some old refurbished. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO GO THERE.. THEY ARE SUPER AGGRESSIVE AND A BUNCH OF FRAUDS

Wow wow wow I was impressed. The service was outstanding. Walked in stressed looking for fridge/freezer and within 10mins walked out with a huge smile. Lots of choices for all budgets and in less than an hour it was delivered installed and rubbish taken. Very knowledgeable and efficient staff. Next time I'm looking for household item I know exactly where to go.

Been to Big Mama twice this week for a dyer and chest freezer. The staff are absolutely wonderful and have great customer service. He will go over and beyond to make sure you are happy. Products are in brand new condition and couldn’t fault a thing. If you want cheap appliances this is definitely the place to go!
