Mr. Harry is from Germany, and apart from having an excellent experience in Auto repair, he and his son Henry- both are highly trust worthy. They give you an honest opinion. What more? Their professional charges are very reasonable true! Very difficult to find such reliable service in this day and age when there are quite a few in this industry, ready to rip you off!!

We really appreciated the help provided by Harry and Henry when considering buying a vehicle in Rockingham. Due to the Covid restrictions we were not able to view the vehicle in question as we were in Cairns. Their thorough inspection and forthright reporting we truly appreciated. Stiller auto Repair are professional and friendly. There quote was more than reasonable [ the cheapest of 3 repair shops ]. I even managed to mix up the day of the repair and the boys managed to get it fixed.I have recommended the shop to friends and family members.

These two definitely don't get enough recognition for the work that they do, they're patient and understanding and they've never been complacent, they always help and charge a fair and reasonable price and you won't break the bank, they've helped me out of a jiffy more times then I can remember, and they really know their stuff if you take the time to listen. It's hard to get a booking and you may wait a while but a good mechanic is always busy. They've been my go to mechanics for the last 10 years and havnt done me wrong yet

I would have given zero star if there was any option. The worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life.Last time when I did my car service. It was a different person who was very friendly guy and that was the reason I booked service again I waited for two weeks and finally when I went to drop my car this morning I came across an extremely rude, arrogant and frustrated guy who said I couldn’t do the car today because you are half an hour late. He also said to me “you are not a king who can drop car anytime you like.” I felt like I did a crime or something.Usually when mechanic says drop the car on Monday morning it usually means we drop it 9-930 .He did tell me at booking that we open at 830 so drop the car after that. I went to their shop at around 935 which is reasonable time after dropping my kid at school. But, I was treated very badly by an already frustrated person who treated me like he was some army chief or something. I understand they are busy and they might have some fake reviews but this kind of arrogance will sink the business quite soon.

Always take our cars to harry and Henry . Honest good mechanics.

These guys don't need any more great reviews. But what a gentlemen he was. Helped me out with some valuable advice for my problem and checked a couple of other things. I will make this my first stop for my diesel. Thanks Stiller Auto repair. Now my problem is solved. Happy motoring folks.

Had Henry remap my jeep grand cherokee v6 diesel. Heaps of mid range torque now and drives great. I know a little bit about remapping so asked a lot of questions before booking it in and found Henry to be very knowledgeable and upfront about everything. Would definately recommend him if your after a bit more pwer and torque at a very reasonable price.
