Middle-aged man as a customer service representative. Does not possess the most fundamental customer service quality, empathy. Treating the customer as a sale instead of a human being with a need. Most customers' spending is based on how they feel and is being treated.You will get pushed out if you don't buy anything or hesitate as if you must be financially struggling to hesitate". This is a form of discrimination.He needs to notice that he is making assumptions

Was served by a middle age man with glasses. Extremely poor attitude and is rude. Urges you to place an order or will push you out.With a sales representative like this, no matter how good the brand is, I don't want to shop here anymore.

John.P sold us an amazing quality solid dining table & we were able to choose the chairs that we wanted. He gave us a great deal & treated my elderly mum with great respect.

Bought a lounge there a few days ago through a salesman john. Not only was he extremely pushy he was totally unprofessional. He told me that we could reverse the side of the chaise, when the delivery came i found out you can't. Not only that, on arrival of the lounge when i went to put it together I noticed the absolute poor quality of the framing. Whoever made this couldn't even line up two pieces of wood to put a staple/nail in straight, this obviously affects the structural integrity of the lounge. AND as an added bonus when I called Supreme furniture Caringbah, who answered.. JOHN! I told him i'd like to speak to a manager, he told me it was him.. I don't believe that for a second and when I explained to him that I've just spent 3 grand on a lounge and it should be properly made he laughed, held his tongue and eventually said well its not much to pay for a lounge there is lounges that cost 8-10 grand.HERES THE REVIEW YOU WERE SO PUSHY FOR JOHN!

Thank you John for great service today, we purchased a dining table and chairs as well as bar stools. My father had trouble putting together bar stools he previously purchased. John took the time to explain how to put the stools we purchased from a different store. We decided to purchase new stools from John, he provided a great price as well was organised for someone to put all the furniture together. Thank you John !

We have been to the shop and met the middle age man with glasses who are extremely rude to us. We only spend for 5 minutes to the shop, and he pushed us many times to place the order. Once we come back to shop again as we just wanna check the stock and size of the furniture and we are happy to place the order to next day. Was just asking him whether they are open the next day? He turned to be very angry and ugly face and said never come back to the shop ,and said for you to spend this must be very struggle . As an owner , if you continued employ this guy as a customer service representative, no one would ever make any purchase in your business.
