Andrew the manager has absolutely appalling customer service, I had an issue with my dog getting scabs after a Groom, needed to see the vet and put on antibiotics as they got infected.I tried to talk to Andrew and he deflected everything I had to say to make this my fault, cut me off did not listen to me.Finished the conversation by cancelling all my future appointments and saying take your services elsewhere.Have been a loyal customer to them taking my dogs every 6 weeks, and the second something goes wrong and I wanted communication and response Andrew could not provide that.Expected a lot better.

Always bring my dog here. They do a fantastic job. Hard to get an appointment these days as they are growing their business.

Our Coco loves this joint. Doesn't get sharpened up often enough, but this is our fav dog grooming service. 85 bucks full treatment. The works, goes in looking like a junk yard dawgg, comes out looking like Lassie on roids. Excellent customer service, girls are very helpful and considerate. Hour and a half drop to pick up. It's the tail wagging the dog. Wouldn't go anywhere else in macarthur.

Took @giraffe_thedapperdapple in there whilst I'm up from Melbourne. The team were great and super friendly and he got the attention he craves. We will be back.

My dog came in to get a groom a couple of months ago, he was booked in for a hygiene clip. I explained to the lady at the desk that I did not want his coat clipped just his hygiene areas.When I got home with him i realised he had been clipped from his front shoulders to his back kinda like a poodle cut. I went back to the store the next day where the groomer looked me in the eye and denied clipping him, she said it was her brushing technique. He did not lose so much of his coat from brushing!Since that day He has seen seen a number of professional dog people , local dog breeders, his dog trainer and another groomer they ALL agree that my dog has been clipped with the dog trainer saying it was a poor clipping at that and not a cut you would use on a japanese spitz! I am beyond frustrated that I was lied to, a simple apology for clipping his coat would have been fine.

They do our dogs coat very well and we have recommended our friends to this shop.

Thanks Richelle for looking after Lucee’s grooming. I don’t know about past staff working there but I know you and Courtney do an amazing job. Camden Bark is very lucky to have you both there. I would recommend you to all dog groomers.
