Please don’t say your opening hours are til 6pm (both online and on your window) and when I’m standing at the door at 5:30pm, have your closed sign up and completely ignore me at the door. Not the usual friendly staff I’m used to in here but very disappointing on a Friday afternoon.

This is a small local post office outlet off packo , just down from the historical chillwell primary school. It's very friendly staff are always willing to help. Lots of locals attend so it has that small town high street feel so missing in many of the retail shopping centres now days.
