Aquamarine Personalised Home Care
I care for an indigenous elder in Lismore NSW and she gets showered weekdays by Aquamarine (via NDIS). Some of their staff are good however many are not proactive at all and want to leave after 20 minutes even though they are paid for an hour. They are not proactive and usually do not ask what else needs to be done. I have to repeatedly ask the same staff to do the dishes etc even though it should be obvious. To make matters worse, just yesterday we were advised that no help is available ALL next week except Monday. Not good at all.

I wish to thank you and your team for the support you have given me during the last four weeks at home after my hip replacement and hospitalisation. I felt supported by your phone communication organising my transport from rehab in Ballina back home and later to doctor’s appointments. Also for the delivery and collection of hygiene equipment supplied for those crucial first weeks.In particular I want to thank you for sending Stephanie to help with my housework and because I could not drive until my sixth week after the operation, taking me out shopping. She was generous with her time, did everything without having to be told, made the house gleam like it was brand new. In fact better than I do it myself. She is an excellent driver and helped me get into and out of her vehicle, with my snail like movements, with patience and consideration.But the best thing was her kind, friendly personality and her intelligence. She did not have to be asked to do anything. She made suggestions, saw what was required and just did it before I even asked. Every time she left, I felt uplifted and nurtured for the rest of the day.With grateful thanks,Jan

Abysmal place to work the ceo is arrogant and power hungry.Unorganised team with poor communication skills and guilt you into working 7 days a week with no chance to get enough sleep to provide the support for people looking to get in home care support.Verbally abusive carer that show no professionalism, on a daily basis.If you're looking for a in home care service for any form of support work that lives up to the even basic duty of care. I would advise looking elsewhere. As you won't find it from Aquamarine in the slightest.

Aquamarine Personalised Home Care
Great company, friendly staff that go above and beyond. The support workers are passionate, respectful and understood boundaries. The office staff are also wonderful and are always a pleasure to speak with, Naomi was our favorite she was very understanding and accommodating of our changing needs.
