Matt Fiddes Martial Arts Mango Hill North Lakes

My son had participated in a few school lessons in PE before joining MF North Lakes. The onboarding experience was smooth, with the paperwork and payment all done digitally. My son felt welcomed by the instructors and students from his very first lesson. So far, we are impressed and my son is looking forward to his martial arts journey.

My son loves attending class each time. Which is a good sign that he's actually excited and enjoy doing it.Mr & Mrs Marshal are a great team who puts in a great effort to make it a good experience and a productive class for the kids. John, Blair and Stephanie are awesome instructors. :D

Mr and Mrs Marshall show both my children amazing support and dedication. They constantly help and encourage them to aim for their best black belt attitude to help thrm acheive their goals. It's hard to explain just the amount of impact Sir John has had on our lives. We trained with Sir previously when we first started our martial Arts journey. My son was 5 and needed some strong male role models in his life. We had no idea that Sir would become one of my son's biggest role models. My son has a passion for martial Arts like no other. I believe some of that passion has stemmed from the incredible support and teachings of Sir John. We are so excited to continue our martial Arts journey with Sir John and his family. I highly recommend John to everyone and anyone even a little bit interested in martial Arts. I promise he is second to none.

My child joined the Mango Hill squad in 2021 and what we discovered was so much more than martial arts classes. The ethos and discipline is impressive, the classes are a mix of fun and of course grounded in focus, and the instructors are kind and caring. The junior leadership program also instilled pride and respect in self, and gives the kiddos something to strive for. Gradings are always well organised and full of celebration, fundraising and fun. Classes are a great duration for young minds to remained focussed and now our whole family are part of the tribe. I only wish I had started our journey sooner, however we are here now and going strong and that is all that matters. Well done to John and Julie for creating such an awesome community spirit as well. Thank you for being a strength for our family and bringing us closer together. TIA!

We started my son in this martial arts program ran by Mr Marshall. Initially he was very shy, but the approachability of the instructors and acceptability of the class saw him now excited about each weeks lesson. In just over a year we have gone from a little boy who was scared to get up to a silver medalist a nationals and aiming to become leadership (despite being the smallest in the class).This is an excellent program for children of all shape, sizes and neurodivergence.

I can't thank John & Julie Marshall enough for helping our boy. He has gone from a scared 4yr old who struggled with anxiety to a confident 7 yr old Mighty Black Belt. It took 4 weeks at the start to get him on the mat to join in but with encouragement and a lot of fun he got there and never looked back. The lessons he has learnt has helped him overcome and understand the challenges he has faced. He has learnt life skills at such a young age that are so valuable and is off to the next level of junior's with a great foundation.Highly recommend Matt Fiddes.
