Buyer beware I have had to pay nearly a $1000 four years after installation to fix their dodgy work. Called out multiple times and still not fixed and leaking into the house causing damage to house. Will never use them ever againIn response to your reply.Contacted numerous times - once by email this year to basically abuse me when I requested further investigation into leaking as this was the 2nd time , following a leak previously which you supposedly repaired only a few weeks previously.I do not or never have had a LEAKING ROOF EVEN WITH ALL THE FLOODS THIS YEAR AND EXCESS RAIN ONLY WHEN AC IN USE. Don't need much grey matter to link the two together.Plus you had been out previously every year to replace the same Faulty part 3 times - still not sure it was ever faulty now!The repairs showed that the installation was not done correctly no flashing used at the base attaching to roof and no drain pipe - so where else could the water go? And a silicon repair" job that a "2 year old could do a better job"Before you have a go at your customers how about you check on the quality of your work and do a proper job in the first place

We are of the opinion that it was our misfortune of dealing with this company. Difficulty in even ratingone star .No recomendation from us.Two workers sitting in shed looking at specifications, obviously not knowing how things work, doing nothing ,then reporting that not covered by our warranty . Managed to charge way above $300 for their effort. Expensive exercise..

Fabulous people to deal with, extremely happy with price and time line for work completion. Highly recommended.
