Tim Cooks at Pristine Water Systems service was exceptional!!!Our rainwater tanks were in a very difficult position and hard to get to and no other contractor was prepared to do the job. Tim came out within 48 hours with no hesitation on a wet and windy day and had to get inside the tanks to clean them 100%. Our tanks took 2.5 hours to clean and while he was cold and wet not once did he complain and wanted the job to be perfect. He also honored the original price he quoted even though it took him longer to complete the job. I am in the customer service industry and it is very rare for me to leave comments on websites. I would highly recommend Tim for cleaning your tanks as he will do an exceptional job not matter how difficult.
