Unfortunately it was disappointing job for how much we were charged. I suggest getting a number of quotes before deciding who to go with…something I wish we’d done. See photos for the “completed” job before I had to call him back to correct them.

Wolfgang was fantastic, very friendly and prompt service. Wolfgang repaired missing and tired looking grout in my shower base. He talks you through the process of the repair and was very thorough in making sure no water had got under the tiles. Highly recommend.

I am very happy with the service from The Grout Doktor. Wolfgang was very helpful and explained how I could fix the tiles in my shower using his special paste and it worked a treat! He also shared some secret tricks which made the job very easy. Will definitely use their services in the future. Also highly recommend their products.

Contacted The Grout Doktor regarding cleaning of shower tiles discolouration, was recommended a cleaning product Tile Magic. It worked perfectly, tiles and grout back to sparkling white. Was very happy with the advice and also the honesty and not trying to push add-ons or things I didn't need.If I ever need more products or a service, this would be my first call.
