I’d bought an aircon unit from Appliances Online because it was a good deal. After getting it delivered I found my ‘deal’ was a challenge because lots of aircon installers will only install units purchased from them so I started asking around for recommendations and posted in local Facebook groups. Two separate people recommended GAM and Jack. I contacted Jack to ask for a quote to install the aircon unit and from the first contact to the completed job I couldn’t be happier. Jack and his team provide something that is rare these days and that’s superb customer service. Along with their customer service they did a fantastic job with the install. They arrived on time and worked solidly until the job was completed. They kept the place clean by using drop sheets and cleaned everything up when they finished. They took time to show me how everything worked and gave me choices on where to locate the unit and colours of the covers for the piping.I would recommend Jack and the team in a heartbeat and out of all the companies I contacted for quotes he was the most professional and customer focused! An appreciation to GAM Air Conditioning for the brilliant work they have carried out to replace our 25 year old ducted air con system that had stopped working last winter. Gary and Mick attended our place to check out the broken down system and had confirmed the compressor was blown up and wasn’t worth the replacement given it’s age, condition and economically not viable to do so.They suggested to carry out the transformation of the old ducts to a new design to boost the performance of the system to 100%, instead of 50% as they observed we were getting all these years. We trusted their word and have them the okay to go ahead with the duct’s transformation.This is a late testimony as we wanted to test and confirm, in the hearing and cooling, what we promised to achieve 100% result compared to a 50% of our old system. It truely is a massive difference and we are very happy with the results, and the difference between the old and new design.We used to run our old system at 18 degrees Celsius and could feel the struggle of the system, now we run it at 22 degrees Celsius and feel the comfort of the cool in our place despite the temperature outside.We highly recommend GAM Air Conditioning for all services. Very professional, full of knowledge on my 1999 Accent Ducted Aircon. I had various other come to fix mine, all FAILED. Until Gary, Jack came. He is very meticulous, full of advice, very responsive to my need, able to source new components to make sure my aircon run 100%. Did a thorough clean on my aircon, it had black spot mould all over. As It is very cold this winter, the wife said if you don't fix it, i will leave you. So thank you GAM Aircon. I will definitely refer you to all my friends.
