F45 is a super supportive, non-judgmental Gym that I just felt so welcomed and apart of since my first ever training session with them. Workout's are fun and different every time which makes a workout exciting. Couldn't recommend them more!

Every session you walk out feeling like you could not have done any more. Even the days where you start out with the CBF's you end up smashing the workout by the end! Great friendly-competitive culture where you really train as part of a larger team. You can adjust the exercises to meet your fitness level or any injuries you have and if you want to level up join in the challenges! Absolutely love it still after 4+ years

F45 is a super supportive, fun, upbeat Gym that everyone is so welcomed. Workout's are fun and different every time which makes a workout exciting. The classes go quick, challenging and make you sweat! Couldn't recommend them more!

I have just started out with F45 Bendigo and I just love the friendly, welcoming and encouraging atmosphere that has been created.No matter your size, shape or fitness level- The coaches/trainers make you feel welcome from the moment you walk through the door and are there with you throughout the duration of the workout.Would highly recommend F45 Bendigo to anyone who is looking to start or improve their fitness journey.

The customer service is amazing. You'll always get an amazing, challenging workout at F45, and it will always be a different workout every time so you will never get bored and the whole vibe in the gym is so friendly with clients and staff, always feel like you're welcomed and comfortable. Highly recommend.

Massive turnaround in this club with culture, staff and clients and in such a great way! Always supportive, never made to feel bad about what I can and can’t do yet somehow staff always encourage and support me to work as hard as I can. Great for people of all fitness levels, ages and sizes. This place will always just want to help you achieve your goals!

Absolutely love! Its one big family at F45. The coaches are so involved when it comes to your training and development. The other members are friendly and inviting. Its a great way to work out without having to overthink, while having heaps of fun. I would recommend this gym to anyone!
