Mark is a true professional, outstanding service. He is efficient, polite and the work area is spotless. His knowledge and solutions for our issues were great. He took the time to explain how better to maintain our fireplace and tips for a better burn. A gentlemen and so thorough. Highly, highly recommended.

I highly recommend Mark and his team from London Master Chimney Sweeps! They were so efficient and did a brilliant job of cleaning our fireplaces. Mark carried out a safety inspection and spent time explaining the tools needed for a fire and he then set up our fireplace and started the perfect fire for us (see photo). Thanks again for your excellent work, Mark and your lads!

My only regret is not contacting Mark earlier. I had a water leak from my chimney coming into the house, and another mob came multiple times to conduct repairs that did not fix the issue. I finally contacted Mark, who fixed the issue with one visit at 1/3rd the price of the other business.Mark is friendly, professional, and explains everything with photos. I wouldn't look anywhere else for a chimney specialist.

Mark was very informative, thorough, professional and did a fantastic job cleaning our flue fireplace. His assistant Damo was a lovely person also. They are a great team. We will be recommending them to all of our friends with fireplaces and highly recommend them to whoever is reading this review.

Whilst the reviews for this company are consistently good, out of the half dozen times my wife and I tried to contact London Chimney Sweeps the phone was answered once, but he was unable to make an appointment so promised to call back when “he had his diary”. He never called back. Another unbelievably frustrating experience where it’s almost impossible to contact the company, let alone make an appointment.
