She was so friendly, helpful and unpretentious - it really was like sitting down with a friend, which I didn’t expect in a place like this!The bespoke piece was a gift, something very close to my heart and something I was very excited about so it was nice to have Amber helping me, who was almost as excited and enthusiastic about this as I was, and really committed to the design and vision of what I described.The final product is stunning. Genuinely delighted with the product and the service.

My platnium engagement ring was purchased in Jan 2019 from Perth store. As a result of 2 pregnancies since 2019 I have only worn the ring approx 18mo in total, only during the day and I am in an office job. I took it in for a clean and check mid 2022 & they've told me that I need to get the ring fixed as im about to lose my diamonds due to the way I wear my ring. I said how can that be, i am in an office job, only wear it during the day, dont wear to gym and due to swelling while pregnant I havent been able to wear it for alot of the time. I asked for help on how to prevent this as its only a few years old and having to pay for repairs already is alarming. They said they couldn't give me any advice.Additionally, when I went to get my wedding band, i got 2 quotes from other jewellers and they both commented on the low quality of the platinum in my engagement ring.With the repair issue and how there is only one store in Perth City, I would not recommend.

Just picked up my newly remodelled engagement and wedding rings and we are extremely happy (I cried) we had them originally made by a small independent jeweller and regretted it.The staff and the craftsmanship at Solid Gold are second to none, thank you Michael for helping us with the design...10/10

Our experience at Solid Gold was as perfect as it could be.Jane and Michael served us with utmost kindness and understanding for what we wanted for our engagement ring and wedding bands.They were patient and very respectful for searching for the best quality diamonds and bands within our budget.Jane found the perfect setting and diamond for our engagement ring and Miachel was exceptionally creative with helping us find a unique design for our matching wedding bands and found a way for us to visualise it.They have made this process so simple and smooth which is really appreciated.Give them both a raise/promotion or at least an all expenses paid weekend stay at the Crown!Sylvia and Jack

The amount of time and effort both of these women put into making sure I was 100% happy with my ring was incredible. I never once felt rushed, my concerns were heard and I was always given multiple solutions to view. I got the feeling that they were just as invested in finding the perfect solution as I was. It was so comforting.We ended up producing the second design and I am completely in love with it.
