Silverwood Trailers

Really disappointed with these guys. Called and asked for a quote - gave all the info but, no one got back to me. I then called another three times before finally speaking to Neil again. He gave some excuse about being busy then asks me all the same questions he asked me the week earlier (looks like he lost my notes!) Anyway, after discussing my job he tells me he cant do it. Why not tell me that the first time I called!!!!! Why did we have to go through it all again for you to tell me you cant do it? I lost of week of time waiting, then lost more time chasing them up, then more time discussing the job again. NOT HAPPYEDIT: so i get a response from the owner saying no Neil at BBROS" - funny how another review below refers to Neil...and what is BBROS?? Mate

Honest and very knowledgeable team. Everything trailers done properly.

Waited over a year for custom trailer, had to eventually cancel. No response to calls, emails.

Neill knows boats and trailers really well. Not only does he do all our custom work for dinghy, catamaran and kayak trailers but we have referred a number of customers to him for their custom builds and they all sing his praises.

Received absolutely top notch service and quality of work.

Neil did a great job at short notice diagnosing and fixing problems with brakes and lights on a used boat trailer I had recently bought. Very appreciative. Good work, fair price, nice bloke.

Paid deposit for trailer 12 months ago with promised build time of 3 months. Does not respond to email or phone message. Still don’t have a trailer. Seems like a nice guy but is unreliable, full of excuses and can’t be trusted. Go elsewhere.

Seven months to build a trailer. Does not return calls, SMS or email.
