Serenity Water Gardens

If I were the business owner, I wouldn’t have my mother on the shop floor as it’s detrimental to the success of your store’s sales. She is dry, unhelpful and not fit for a customer facing role. Unfortunately you lost some large sales and we have purchased garden stock for $1250 elsewhere. The range of products you have is lovely but the service we received outweighed our desire to purchase!

This place is much larger than I thought. A good range and some really beautiful and unusual items. I really liked that the customer service people came over, said hello, introduced themselves and told you where to find them if you needed something... but there was no hard sell. Bought some lovely items. Prices range from really affordable to quite expensive but relative to the product and the uniqueness of the items. Definitely worth a browse.

Good honest people. We got a fountain from them. Hassle free and great customer support. They have a large variety of plants, pots, statues and fountains. Highly recommended. Will definitely use again if i need more gear for the garden.

Poor service and extremely rude...We purchased a water feature from them 3 years ago and they were great at that moment. They get the one star for excellence in conning me and other customers in for purchasing from them! Quality is rubbish and starts breaking within a year.Once we paid, they came to install it and were rude and unprofessional. I let it slide as I understood everyone has a bad day. Told us when we paid for it that it would be free installation and then made a fuss that the job was hard as they came at night (we waited all day as was never told a time when they would come) and wanted some payment afterwards. Rang the store the next day and they didn't even say sorry, just that they were grumpy as they had a long day.Since then our water feature has deteriorated and when our pump broke down, to replace it costs $30 more than other places. I called to see if they would price match and was told no because they don't make enough on it and was hung up on without goodbye or anything. I always try to give places a chance but this was a bad decision from my end to purchase from them.My water feature is rubbish, it has concrete falling off it with metal exposed from poor quality, 2 of my pots have been damaged as they are poor quality and the after service is not existent. The prices are ridiculous. Look around folk's, these guys are terrible and I won't be returning to them. Bunch of muppets!!!!

Had a great time shopping for water plants here. The service was really good, friendly and helpful out in their wonderful water garden. This is the first time I've been here and I can't wait to go back and get a water lettuce when they're ready. Thank you from us and Snuffles the puppy. Photos are my fish pond at home with plants from Serenity that really completed it.

Highly recommended getting a water feature from Adam. He's passionate, professional and knowledgeable. He helped us pick out the right water feature for our garden, and the installation was quick and easy. Knowing that I can call or pop in with any questions or concerns is great peace of mind too. Definitely go here before anywhere else.

Wanted smallish fountain ornament or spitter. Very pleasant guy there but unfortunately none really small enough but I did purchase a snail ornament. Lots of large water features there.

Bought some red pots from here a few weeks ago, they look amazing and the plants are growing well. The colour really makes them stand out which is exactly what we wanted.
